The Clinical Observation of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on Treating the Hashimotos thyroiditis Cooperating with Euthyrox Speciality:Internal Medicine Of TCM Author:Zou liyan Tutor:Professor Yang Wenjun Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect that Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction with Euthyrox caused in the early or middle treatment of the Hashimotos thyroiditis caused by the deficiency of spleen (clinical indicators FT ,FT ,TSH was normal,while the A-TPO、A-TG was significantly 3 4 higher),and to explore the therapeutic advantages combing chinese and western.Method:60 patients diagnosed by the Hashimotos thyroiditis caused by the deficiency of spleen were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 30 cases were given the Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction ande Euthyrox,the others were given Euthyrox as control group.Drug use 4 weeks for a period of treatment,3 successive treatment.Result:clinical observation shows that the treatment group in improving the disease symptoms and signs is better than the control group (P 0.05);In improving A-TPO, A-TG is better than the control group (P 0.01);In the improvement of leaves, the isthmus about thyroid thickness better than control group (P 0.05). And clinical drug safety,did not produce adverse reactions.Conclusion: clinical curative effect shows the clinical efficacy of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction with Euthyrox in the early or middle treatment of Hashimotos thyroiditis is sure ， adverse reactions small and deserves further investigation research.
