Method: Clinical Investigation: Survey of 141 cases of amblyopia, according to “Association of Chinese Medicine Standard-Chinese constitution classification criteria”(ZYYXH/T157-2009), Will be incorporated into the objects was divided into normal constitution, and qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm-dampness, damp-heat, blood stasis, qi stagnation and special constitutions, Amblyopia patients were classified; Animal experiments: Domestic kittens (4-6 weeks) 30, Randomly divided into six groups, five of the normal group, model group, control group, low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group. In addition to the normal group, other groups are the left eyelid model, The application of visual evoked potentials (P-VEP) verify the success of the modeling. Detected by real-time quantitative PCR (real-time PCR) technique to observe the expression of The Shi Bao Ming Granule in the visual cortex glutamate receptors (NMDAR1).
