Applicate statistical methods such as independent sample t test and analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis,to analyse the relationship of the patients age, sex, duration, preoperative appear drooping time, the type of full locate ,the score of preoperative JOA, preoperative muscle strength with the improve rate of JOA and the improve rate of muscle strength.To Explore the influence of all the above factors to postoperative curative effect. Results: The average score of Preoperative JOA is 8.50 points ， the average score of postoperative JOA is 19.50 points ，the improve rate of JOA is 58.8% on average ，the averaged score of Preoperative muscle strength is 1.20
