Methods: randomized single blind controlled is divided into 60 cases of elderly patients with fatty liver Liver kidney treated group and Xuezhikang control group, 30 cases in each group, two groups at a reasonable diet, regular exercise, and stop give Liver kidney treatment of other medical therapies for this disease on the basis of the treatment group and control group was given Xuezhikang, three months after the drug efficacy assessment, observation and treatment before and after the main symptoms and signs, laboratory tests of liver function (ALT, AST, and of γ-GT), lipids (TG and TC), liver B-mode ultrasound imaging changes and observation of safety indicators. Results: The treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.7%, with the control group, the total effective rate compared to 70%, with significant differences (P 0.05). Treatment group, blood lipids, liver function, liver B super than before treatment was significantly improved. Conclusion: Liver kidney in order to significantly improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with fatty liver, improve blood lipids, liver function, improve patients quality of life, has important clinical value.
