Author ： Chang Jiang Tutor： Professor Cao Hong Abstract Objective： The purpose of this task is to observe children′s rotavirus enteritis which is diarrhea due to damp-heat in TCM used by the treatment with Qingchangzhixie powder in order to determine the efficacy of Chinese medicine. Methods ： 90 infants with RV enteritis were divided into 3 groups randomly，the study group and the control group one and control group two. All of them were treated for 3 days. The infants in the study group were treated with Qingchangzhixie powder and Dioctahedrsl Smectite ，in the control group one were treated with Zhuyaliaozhixie pellet and Dioctahedrsl Smectite and incontrol group two were only treated with the Dioctahedrsl Smectite. The symptoms and signs of the infants were observed before and after the treatments and the date must be processed using statistical. Results ： In the main symptoms and signs of improvement and total efficiency ， the treatment group is better than or close to the control group one，but better than control grroup two and there are statistically significant. Conclusion ： This shows that children′s rotavirus enteritis which is diarrhea due to damp-heat in TCM used by the treatment with Qingchangzhixie powder is effective convenient ，low-cost，less side effect and easily accept by children. Also it is worth promoting treatment.
