Clinical Study on Treatment of The Diarrhea Caused by Type 2 Diabetes By Wenyang Zhixie Heji Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author:Li zhihua Tutor: ProfessorGuo Baorong Abstract Objective:To investigate the effects of Wenyang Zhixie Heji on the diarrhea in type 2 diabetic patients related factors. By detecting the indexes that the patients cured the front and back, such as clinical symptom scores, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,serum gastrin,plasma motlilin and the somatostatin to explore its c1inical value. Methods:60 patients diagnosed type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with diarrhea were randomly classified into two groups.Under the basic premise of reducing the blood plasma glucose, 30 patients were treated with Wenyang Zhixie Heji in treated group,others were treated with pill of Sishen in control group.All of the groups were treated four 4 weeks as a course,taken for 2 courses. Results: Treatment group could improve the patients’clinical symptoms and signs, and the effects were better than control group (p0.05).In the sides of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, gastrointestinal function, autonomicnervousfunctionand so on， the effects of treatment group were better than control group (P0.05). And that there had been no adverse reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusion:Clinical observation had proved Wen yang Zhixie Heji can sign-ificantly improve the patients clinical symptoms, blood glucose,gastrointestinal function,has played a positive role, and it had no adverse reaction. It is a prevention and treatment of the diarrhea caused by diabetic an effective way. It is worth studying deeply and developing further. Key Words Type 2 Diabetes ；The Diarrhea; Wenyang Zhixie Heji
