Clinical Study on Treatment of Myasthenia Gravis and Life Quality Evaluation with Yiqi qushi Method Speciality: Neurology department of TCM Author: Xia Xiaoning Tutor: Professor Xu Xiangqing Abstract Objective：Through the observation profit Yiqi Qushi method treatment of Myasthenia Gravis clinical curative effect and the influence on the quality of life of the patients , the study will prove the validity and safety of the method for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease to provide new ideas and methods. Methods ：Will meet eligibility criteria of 40 subjects with Myasthenia Gravis （Type I , type IIa, phase IIb type ） patients, divided into the treatment group and control group.The couple groups were given Yiqi Qushi party and Pyridostigmine Bromide respectively. The period of treatment are 8 weeks. Before and after treatment separately the researcher carries on “the quantitative myasthenia gravis (QMG) score table , TCM symptoms rating scale , Busch quality of life score table the questionnaire survey for patients, and observes treatment clinical curative effect, the Chinese medicine symptoms, the quality of life improvement situation.Meanwhile makes safety evaluation.
