The Clinical Research of Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Method on immune rugulation against the patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance Speciality： Internal medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Yang Dongdong Tutor: Pro.Kong Li Abstract Objective: Through the observation of clinical efficacy of Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Decoction on the patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance, and its function on the serum immunological markers, preliminary to explore the mechanism of Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Method in treating patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance. Methods: Randomly divide 80 cases of the patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The former is treated with routine treatment plus with Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Decoction. Before and after the treatment,observe the score of Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms、score of APACHE II、serum immunological markers and mortality of 28 days of the patients. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Decoction can effectively reduce the score of Traditional Chinese Medical symptoms、score of APACHE II, improve the serum immunological markers,bring down the mortality of 28 days. By statistical analysis, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the one’s of the control group ( P 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical research proves that Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving method can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the score of APACHE II, regulate the immune response and improve the immune function of patients.The result of the study can give a certain reference value to
