Clinical interventions on the Qixu Hanning Xueyu diabetes with lower extremity arterial disease by Yiqi Tongmai Xinjia Tang Speciality：Clinical medicine of TCM Author ：Li Yangyun Tutor:Associate professor Yang Wenjun Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongmai Xinjia Tang on the Qixu Hanning Xueyu diabetes with lower extremity arterial disease.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases,with Chinese Medicine and Alprostadil Injection for eight weeks) and control group (30cases, with medicinal Alprostadil Injection for eight weeks).The changes of TCM symptoms, the ankle-brachial ratio and total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and fibrinogen (FIB) were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of TCM clinical in the treatment group was 86.67%,the control is 70.0%, both groups a significant effect in the treatment group than the control group respectively,before and after treatment there were significant differences(P0.05). The two groups were significantly improved ankle-brachial ratio, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and fibrinogen level, with significant differences between the two groups (P0.05).The two groups treatment group than the control group, there were significant differences(P0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Tongmai Xinjia Tang have a good effect in improving the signs and symptoms in Qixu Hanning Xueyu diabetes with lower extremity arterial disease.Can effectively improve the level of the ankle-brachial ratio, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and fibrinogens,and safe.
