Methods ：Observation of 60 patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2010October ~2011October inpatient and outpatient hypertension patients with early renal damage. According to the patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were to be a basis for antihypertensive therapy, with plendil,5mg, once daily, oral control of blood pressure. The treatment group added Yishenpinggan tisane while the control group plus Huangkui capsules,30 days for a course of treatment, and two groups were continuously treated with 2 courses.clinical symptoms and urinary osmolality, urine trace albumin ( mAlb ) ,24h dynamic blood pressure change and other indices of renal function were observed before and after treatment. Results ：The treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms markedly effective rate was 56.7%, the total efficiency of 93.3%.
