Research on the Clinical Effect of Yi Shen Antihypertention Granule Treating Elderly Hypertension Patients and Discussion of the Syndrome Correlation Speciality:The study of cardiovascular diseases,Internal medicine of TCM Author:Kan Jun Tutor:Professor Guo Weixing Abstract Objective: By research on senile hypertension syndrome of deficiency of kidney Qi and study on clinical syndromes of anger inflammation card patients，to explore the relationship between the two syndromes with elderly hypertension associated disease，to study the two syndromes and main laboratory indexes in order to reveal the relationship between the elderly hypertension kidney deficiency syndrome and the anger inflammation card, to provide new ideas of dialectical treatment of clinical hypertension of the elderly. Methods: Select age between 65-75 years old, 1,2 hypertension and the kidney deficiency syndrome or anger inflammation card patients. Divide the patients into two groups, each group of 30 cases. By using invigorate kidney qi-deficiency (Yi Shen Jiang ya granule) , observe the two sets of change of laboratory indices in patients with clinical symptoms, blood pressure and Clinical symptoms improvement.Results: The elderly hypertension kidney deficiency syndrome and the anger inflammation syndrome hypertension have no association with concomitant diseases; elderly hypertensive patients whether there is anger inflammation syndrome have relationship with triglyceride (TG) ; kidney buck particles can improve the elderly hypertension kidney deficiency syndrome and the certificate of angerinflammation card of blood pressure and clinical symptoms, there was a marked improvement of laboratory parameters.
