Objective:To observe the curative effect and primary mechanism of kidney Qi-deficiency syndrome in the morbidity of hypertension and the influence of filling kidney on IL-2,Leptin,blood pressure and the improvement of clinical symptoms and further to provide a new theoretical basis on the treatment of elderly primary hypertension through the TCM theory of filling kidney. Methods: In the clinical study, 60 elderly male patients of hypertension were divided into 3 groups:20cases in the health group,20 cases in the kidney qi-deficiency syndrome group and 20 cases in the liver-fire ascending group. Use enzyme immunoassay and radioimmunoassay in three groups to measure the levels of IL-2 and leptin and to observe and statistics. The qi-deficiency kidney group was treated by YiShenJiangYa Granule and 4 weeks to be a course of treatment. Observe the levels IL-2 and leptin before and after the treatment and clinical efficacy. Results: Clinical studies show that IL-2 and leptin levels of kidney qi-deficiency syndrome group and liver-fire ascending group rised than the health group and showing significant differences.
