The Clinical Study of Blood Circulation method Treating Psoriasis of Blood Stasis and its Influence on hemorheology Speciality： Dermatology ，Surgery of TCM Auther ： Zhao Yumei Tuter： Professor Geng Lidong Abstract Objective ：To observe the Blood Circulation method,Taohongtuling decoction combined with Chinese medicine medicated bath therapy, Treating Psoriasis of Blood Stasis and its Influence on hemorheology. Methods ：60 patients with blood stasis type psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group，30 cases oral Taohongtuling decoction combined with Chinese medicine medicated bath therapy and topical Qingpeng ointment for 12 weeks, the other 30 received Xiaoyin capsules and Dahuangzhechong pill and Qingpeng ointment. Observing lesions size,shape,subjective symptoms,TCM symptoms and adverse reaction ,measure the level of hemorheology before and after the treating. Results ：The treatment group’s effective rate was 93.33%, the control group was 73.33%. There were significant differences between the two groups.The hemorheology indexes of two groups after treatment have all been reduced, the treatment group changed significantly, the two groups had a significant difference. Conclusions：Taohongtuling decoction combined with Chinese medicine medicated bath therapy is effective method in treating Psoriasis of Blood Stasis, adverse reactions is small, can significantly reduce the indexes of blood rheology in patients.
