Clinical Study on Intervention and Treatment of Qi-deficiency- blood-stasis syndrome in Pulmonary Hypertension By Yifeiling Prescription Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Tian Xia Tutor: Professor Cao Bin Abstract Objective: To investigate the symptom modifying and ultrasonic change of Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome in pulmonary hypertension by Yifeiling prescription. By detecting the indexes that the patients cured the front and back, such as clinical symptom scores, PASP and cardiac function, to explore its c1inical value. Methods:60 patients diagnosed Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome in pulmonary hypertension were randomly classified into two groups.30 patients were treated with Sildenafil and Yifeiling prescription in treated group,others were treated with Sildenafil and placebo in control group.All of the groups were treated four 12 weeks as a course,taken for 1 courses. Results: Treatment group could improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, and the effects were better than control group (p0.05).In the sides of improvement of echocardiography ， exercise tolerance，cardiac function and so on，the effects of treatment group were better than control group (P0.05). And that there had been no adverse reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusion:Clinical observation had proved Yifeiling prescription can significantly improve the patients clinical symptoms,echocardiography ， exercise tolerance ， cardiac function.It is an effective prevention and treatment of Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome in pulmonary hypertension .
