Clinical Research of Tangshen Ping treat early diabetic nephropathy Speciality: Hormonology of TCM Author: Wang Tijing Tutor: Prof.Zhang Dexian Abstract Objective: This study was designed to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of early diabetic nephropathy of Tangshen ping with Jianpi Yishen, Huayu Xiezhuo Tongluo Chinese herbs,and to further explore its mechanism,in order to provide reliable clinical application basis. Methods: 69 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases combined Chinese herbs Tangshen ping and modern medicine Lotensin treatment group,36cases be treated with Lotensin western medicine;both groups are treated 3 months for one course of treatment.Before and after treatment,patients of the two groups were respectively observed in with symptoms,signs,the fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), plasma endothelin (ET),serum nitric oxide (NO),24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),before and after use the medicine.And to do blood routine,urine routine,feces routine as well as liver and kidney function tests,measure the blood pressure changes before and after treatment,statistical analysis to determine drug efficacy and safety. Results: The clinical observation found that traditional Chinese medicine (Tangshen ping) can effectively improve the symptoms,signs of the early stage diabetic nephropathy patients and significant reduced hs-CRP, ET, NO and UAER,improve the blood lipids.There was no si
