LvMei Author ：Gong Yifeng Abstract Objective: To observe the therapeutical effect of the decoction of Bu-Shen-Huo-Xue (BSHX) in treating the patients of endometriosis infertility with kidney deficiency and the blood stasis , and to explore its action mechanism. Methods: Select the 45 cases of endometriosis in infertile patients were randomly divided into treatment group 23 cases (treated with BSHX Decoction) and the control group 22 cases ( treated with the capsule of Gui zhi fu ling ) , clinical symptoms before and after treatment to improve the situation anti-endometrial antibody transfer Yin and pregnancy , respectively ,determination of immune parameters in serum EmAb, immune cells (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+ 、NK cells ) , IL - 2 and uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index comparison changes before and after treatment.
