Clinical Study on Treatment of the kidney deficiency and liver depression of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Hyper insulinemia with Bu shen Shu Gan Method Speciality: Gynecology of TCM Author: Shi Yange Tutor: Professor Sang Haili Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of Bu Shen Shu Gan Decoction (BSSGD) in treating Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS) with Hyper insulinemia with kidney deficiency and liver depression and to explore its mechanism.Methods ：60 patients were divided into two groups at random ：the treatment group(30 cases, treated with BSSGD ) and the control group(30 cases, treated with Dine-35 Tablets). Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs, serum hormones(FSH、LH 、T、E 、LH/FSH 、PRL 、INS) levels ，basic body 2 temperature （BBT ）and those of ultrasonic examination. Results: The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, while that of the control group was 66.67%. The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). There is significant difference between symptoms, signs and serum hormones levels.Conclusions: BSSGD is an effective recipe in treating of the kidney deficiency and liver depression of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS) with hyper insulinemia. It can regulate the balance of HPO, promote ovalulation .The effect may be achieved through increasing serum E2,decreasing LH and LH/FSH.
