Lian Fang Abstract Objective To investigate the effects of invigorating the kidney and regulating the thoroughfare vessel therapy to the expression of AOPP,SOD in follicular fluid of patients due to asthenia of kidney and blood stasis IVF-ET,from the point of confronting oxidative-stress damage in follicular fluid micro- environment,then to ex plore its functional mechanism of improving the quality of oocytes and the outcome of IVF-ET. Methods sixty-four cases of patients of asthenia of kidney and blood stasis IVF-ET due to fallopian tube factors were randomly divided into two groups in which thirty-two cases in the test group and thirty-two cases in the control group.All the cases were controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH) with GnRH-a long scheme.T he test group were treated with 6g of the oral Erzhi Tiaojing granules twice each day,from the third day of the menstrual to the day of HCG.The differences of improvement of asthenia of kidney and blood stasis syndrome,accounts of harvested oocytes,fertilization rate,cleavage rate, good embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate.To detect the levels of SOD and AOPP in follicular fluid in ELISA.
