The Clinical Study on the effect of BuShenZhiXian Decoction in Treating Peripheral menpause Syndrome(PMS) Speciality: Gynecology of TCM Author: Xiang Guangye Tutor: Liu Jinxing Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutical effect of BuShen ZhiXian Decoction(BSZXD) in treating PMS and explore its mechanism.Menthod:60 patients were divided into two groups at random:the test group(30 cases,treated with BSZXD) and the control group(30 cases,treated with Gengnian′an Tablets).Before and after treatment,the improvements of clinical symptoms and phycical sighs,the change of E2 、FSH 、LH 、 FSH/LH 、CA、5-HT、NE 、β-EP、BGP 、CT、PTH 、IL-2 and the differences both two groups were observed.result:The total clinical effect rate is 96.67% in the test group ,it is76.67% in the control group(P0.05).The difference between the two groups is significant(P0.05) . The total effective rate of Chinese medicine sydrome is 96.67% in the test group and it is70.00% in the control group. The difference between the two groups is significant (P0.05).After the treatment,both of the Kupperman scores and the TCM symptom scores are lowerde significantly(P0.01) . The E2 is raised ,the FSH,LH,FSH/LH are lowered significantly (P0.01,P0.05).The CA,5-HT,NE are reduced while β-EP is raised significantly(P0.01,P0.05).The BGP and CT are raised while PTH is reduced remarkably(P0.01,P0.05).At the same time,IL-2 is raised obviously.There are significant differences on all observed indexes between the two groups after the treatment.Conclusion: The BuShen ZhiXian Decoction has extremely precise clinical therapeutical effect on PMS.
