The study for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulm onary disease’s blood stasis sym ptom s and related factors Speciality: Internal M edicine of Traditional Chinese M edicine A uthor:Zhang N a Tutor:Professor Chen X ianhai A bstract O bjective: This study is about different syndrom es of TCM in the acute exacerbation stage of CO PD patients.B y com pared the distribution of their blood stasis syndrom e types w ith different degrees of blood stasis,and com bined w ith the clinical data,w e tried to find the relationship of blood stasis in different TCM syndrom es, risk factors of A ECO PD patients and clinical inspection.B y m eans of this,w e expected to provide standardization to the diagnosis of blood stasis,in order to guide the treatm ent for activating blood circulation, prom ote the clinical treatm ent and research progress of A ECO PD . M ethods: W e collected 91 cases of A ECO PD patients m et the inclusion criteria, collected everyones inform ation such as age, sm oking history, harm ful m aterial exposure, course of the disease,everyones fibrinogen (Fib), the d-dim er (D -D ), red blood cell count (RBC), red blood cell deposited (H ct), platelet count (plt) and so on. W e calculated everyones scores of blood stasis sym ptom s.R esults: There are differences of average age in A ECO PD patients w ith different type of TCM syndrom e(P＜0.05),and the sam e as course of the disease, Fib, D -D ,RBC ,H ct,plt, scores of blood stasis sym ptom s. C onclusions: There are differences of blood stasis in A ECO PD patients w ith different type of TCM syndrom e. The scores of blood stasis sym ptom s and som e clinical inspections can reflect the differences.So they can be used as the reference in differential treatm ent of the blood stasis syndrom es.
