However, CPA behind the audit industry booming, always hide a worrisome reality, the low quality of the audit. Domestic and foreign aspects of CAP audit quality, CPA audit independence, audit scandal, CAP CPA lost credibility crisis event of great concern, it can be said that in the global scope generally raised a question whether the CPA audit quality, credibility and integrity questioned CAP motion, these questions from various aspects: government attention, enterprises consider, CPA management concerns, the accounting information user attention and so on; can be said to have started a CAP audit independence, CPA credit system defect discussion and revision movement in the global scope, for the current CAP audit is a high requirement, thorough reform movement. Therefore, the CPA audit quality influence factor analysis is very necessary. In this paper, through the analysis of the status of CPA audit quality, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the audit quality of the CPA.
