江苏科技大学 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 学 院 能源与动力工程 专 业 建筑环境与设备工程 学生姓名 王惠江 班级学号 1040107211 指导教师 周根民 二零一四年六月  江苏科技大学毕业论文 辐射采暖空调系统设计 Design of radiation heating of the air conditioning system 辐射采暖空调系统设计毕业论文 摘要 传热有三种方式，热传导，热对流，和热辐射，而辐射采暖就是换热方式以辐射换热为主的一种采暖手段，由于其向房间供热的围护结构表面的平均温度比室温高，温差变化小，无风压，相比于其他系统，辐射采暖更加舒适，所以经过一段时间发展，现在已经变得更为的完善。辐射采暖可以电为热源采暖，也可以热水为热源，其采暖末端可为地埋式，可为壁附式，还可以为吊顶式。其中低温热水地板辐射采暖在现在的建筑中被使用率比较高，低温热水是指温度不高于60℃的热水，将低温热水通入按照系统要求布置好的地埋式盘管中，通过加热地面，向房间辐射散热，以达到供热的目的的系统即为低温热水地板辐射采暖系统。 本设计为天津市一两层别墅住宅楼的地板辐射采暖系统的热负荷计算，以及系统设备等的设计选型，各个房间埋地盘管采用PEX交联聚乙烯塑料管，管道使用条件为4级，选择管道规格为（管径壁厚）De20X2.3mm，埋地管道均为连续弯管，中间严禁设有可拆卸接头，并严禁交叉。 关键字：热传导； 辐射； PEX管材；埋地盘管 Abstract There are three kinds of heat transfer, heat conduction, heat convection, and radiation, and radiation heating is the way of heat transfer is given priority to with radiation heat transfer of a heating means, because of its retaining structure to the room heating the surface of the average temperature is higher than at room temperature, the temperature difference is small, no air pressure, compared with other systems, radiant heating is more comfortable, so after a period of time development, has now become more perfect.Can electric radiant heating for heating of the heat source, can also be hot water as heat source, the ends of their heating can be buried, for the wall boundary type, can also is condole type.In which low temperature hot water floor radiant heating in the buildings are now utilization rate is higher, low temperature hot water refers to the hot water temperature is not higher than 60 ℃, the low temperature hot water bubbled into a decorated buried coil according to requirements of the system, by heating the ground, the radiation heat room, in order to achieve the purpose of heating system is the low temperature hot water floor radiant heating system.
