毕业设计（论文） 题目：广西裕东汽摩配生产加工厂项目综合楼设计（一） （结构设计部分） 学院(系)：___土木建筑工程学院___ 专 业：土木工程（建筑工程方向） 班 级： 建工091____ 学 号： 0903110102 学生姓名： 史媛媛 指导教师： 梁新彩 二○一三年五月 摘 要 本次毕业设计题目为“广西裕东汽摩配生产加工项目综合楼设计(一)”，分为两个阶段，第一阶段进行结构设计，第二阶段进行施工组织设计。本设计采用采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，建筑层数为四层，建筑高度为16.7米，总建筑面积为3278.98m2。根据设计要求设防烈度为7度，抗震等级为三级。 结构设计的阶段大体可以分为三个阶段： 1．结构方案阶段：在图纸上进行结构布置，确定梁柱的大致尺寸 2．结构计算阶段：包括活荷载计算、恒荷载计算和风荷载。选择一榀框架进行计算，作出该榀框架的活荷载图、恒荷载图和风荷载图。自选一块板计算其内力和配筋，自选一柱下独立基础进行计算，手算一跑楼梯。通过PKPM软件计算楼板、梁和基础，并且与手算结果进行对比。 3施PKPM软件辅助画施工图，并采用Auto CAD绘图软件来完成本次毕业设计。 关键词：框架结构 钢筋混凝土 PKPM 荷载计算 ABSTRACT The graduation thesis entitled “design of complex building project of Guangxi YuDong automobile production (1)”，divided into two phases, the first phase will be structure design ,and the second phase will be the design of construction management The design uses a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure , the building will be four layers and 16.7 meters height, and construction area of 3278.98 square meters. According to the design requirements, the fortification should be 7 degrees , and the level of anti-seismic should be three. The phase of structure design can be divided into three phases: Structure program phase: arrange the structure on the drawing and determine the approximate size of the beams and pillars. Structure calculation phase: including calculation of active load , long-lasting load and wind load choose a frame to calculate and drawing up the structure chart of active load , long-lasting load and wind load . Choosing a board to calculate the internal forces and reinforcement, choosing a pillar to calculate its foundation, calculating a stair by hand computation, calculating the beam, board, and foundation by PKPM software ,and compared the results with hand computation. Construction chart design phase: according to the calculation above to determine the layout and reinforcement of the components, and determine the way to structure the component
