The Investigation to differentiation of symptoms and signs of sudden deafness in treatment of TCM Attaching 62 cases Specialty: The Study of otorhinolaryngology of TCM Author: Song Xiao Tutor: Professor Wang Bing Abstract Sudden of loss hearing （Sudden deafness ）which refers to the ear to feel the abdominal bloating jamming suddenly and the hearing drops suddenly is one of the acute diseases in otorhinolaryngology. Along with the development of otolaryngology in TCM, the acquaintance of the Traditional Chinese Medicine to sudden deafness was more profound, however, different physicians had different opinions in the diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness according to their own clinical experience, therefore the further research for sudden deafness was mostly essencial. The subject Investigated and analyzed etiology and pathogenesis of sudden deafness,especially the treatment of Syndrome Differentiation which was from 《Traditional Chinese medicine otorhinolaryngology》textbooks, while combined with clinical observation, in last, The results of the topic showed that “qi zhi xue yu ”type hold the main position in typification of sudden deafness, moreover, “Huo xue hua yu ”effects of drug widely used in treatment of sudden deafness.
