Hu-Zhiqiang Abstract Objective： To study the efficacy and mechanism of TianLingZaiZao decoction and discover the importance of nourishing kidney, purging phlegm, promoting blood circulation in Treatinge convalescence stage of cerebral infarction. Methods ：We observed 60 cases in clinical study of cerebral infarction. They were randomly divided into the treatment group of TianLingZaiZao decoction and the control group of Weinaolutong, and each had 30 cases for 28 days for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, we scored nerve function and syndromes of TCM, and compared blood lipids, four indicators coagulation, variable flow and the security indicators and found the changes. In the animal experiments, we blocked the right middle cerebral artery and made the rat model of cerebral ischemia by intravascular thread-tying blocking method. The animals were detected in serum and brain tissue of malondialdehyde （MDA ）content and superoxide dismutase （SOD ） activity in rats, and found the impact of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation. Result ：Clinical study showed results of the clinical features and treatment syndrome of TCM respectively is the total efficiency of 90% and 93.3%, significantly better than the control group 76.7% and 70% （P 0.05 ）.Experimental results show TianLingZaiZao decoction that can reduce brain tissue and serum MDA content, improve the vitality of SOD, reduce blood viscosity and platelet aggregation.
