The Experimental Study of QingyingJiebiaoHeji s “Yangyin” Therapy on Coryza Speciality: Clinical foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Sun XiWen Tutor: Lv CuixXia Abstract Purposes：This article will study the“Yangyin” therapy on Coryza through theoretical and experimental study to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and therapy from Coryza. Methods：This article presumes that external warm pathogen is the main etiological factor of External Hot Disease,through retrospecting the gnosia of pathogen and therapy about Coryza in TCM. It also poses the basical pathogenesis of Coryza:the external pathogen hurts lung first,and it turns up that body fluid is consumed in the initial stage,because it is easy for hot disease to consume body fluid firstly.According to such pathogenetic character,it establishes the treatment:Expelling the sufical symptoms using pungent and cool herbs firstly;Supplementing body fluid secondly.It sets up Qingyingjiebiaoheji which is composed of Honeysuckle flower, forsythia suspense, cynanchi atrati radix, rehmannia dride rhizome, ophiopogonis tuber etc.Finally,it studies its influence on the Th1/Th2 level in exterior blood. Result: QingyingJiebiaoHeji can protect the mouse infected by influenza virus and lower the lung exponent,it is also able to improve the immune function.
