实脾饮对糖尿病肾病脾肾阳虚型大鼠血清内皮素及一氧化氮影响的研究 结论：实脾饮能明显降低糖尿病肾病大鼠 FBG、24h 尿蛋白定量、SCr、肾脏指数, 平衡 NO 和 ET，改善糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏病理损伤,可见实脾饮具有良好的保护肾脏的作 用。 关键词：实脾饮；糖尿病肾病；脾肾阳虚；一氧化氮；内皮素 2 实脾饮对糖尿病肾病脾肾阳虚型大鼠血清内皮素及一氧化氮影响的研究 Abstract Objective: To explore the changes of NO and ET in rats with diabetic nephropathy of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome treated with Shipiyin Methods: Seventy SPF-class SD rats, male, avoirdupois:200~240g, normal diet fed for one week.Drawn out 10 rats randomly as A group(the blank group, normal diet fed).Fed The remainder 60 rats with high sugar and fat, administrated intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin twice as the diabetic nephropathy model. Gave the diabetic nephropathy rats via gavage with adenine mixed cold-natured herbs(Longdancao,Zhizi,Fanxieye) for 2 weeks as spleen and kidney yang asthenia model.When the model was ready, divided the remainder rats randomly into 5 groups: B group (the model group), C group (the Benazepril group), D group (the Shipiyin high-dose group), E group (the Shipiyin medium-dose group), F group (the Shipiyin low-dose group), each group contained 10 rats. Then therapy them with corresponding methods. 16th weekend, record weight ，detected blood glucose, collected 24h urine. Put all rats to death and obtain blood from the femoral arteries. Observed the variation of FBG, SCr, 24hUPQ, NO, ET,Kidney index. Observed pathological changes of the kidney. Results: ①Compared with the blank group, rats’renal biopsies of the model group were obvious glomerular sclerosis; FBG, SCr, 24hUPQ, ET and Kidney index of them were increased (P ≤0.05), NO of them were decreased (P ≤0.05), what shows that model is successful. ②Compared with model group,ET of Shipiyin high-dose, medium-dose, low-d
