The study and application of surrogacy which has been expanding the new realm of human assisted reproductive technologies, fostering the development of the life science has brought glad tidings to infertile couples. Surrogacy, however, has inverted the conventional pattern of giving birth; as a result, it has made sense that the approach of the surrogacy has attracted debates and criticisms from the medical profession, the ethical line, the legal area, the religious field, and the social organizations. The opponents believe that some so-called agencies can help sterile couples to find a surrogate mother in order to make their own profit. Some other women regard the surrogate motherhood as a job which can make money to commercialize the way of the parturition. In addition, other adversaries object to the surrogacy because surrogate mothers treat their wombs like a tool by the way of renting it. Furthermore, other opposite opinion is that the client signs the surrogate parenting arrangement with a surrogate mother by spending money to get a baby who is viewed as goods to make transaction. Moreover, the dissidents consider that if there is a growing tendency towards the use of surrogacy, the stability of
