第 l5卷 第3期 哈 尔 滨 理 工 大 学 学 报 Vol-15 No．3 2010年6月 JOURNALOFHARBINUNIVERSnY OFSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGY Jun．2010 基于产业链模式的奶业利益分配机制研究 王 威， 刘丽萍 (哈尔滨理工大学 经济学院，黑龙江 哈尔滨 150040) 摘 要：为了研究奶业产业链的组织模式与利益机制间的关系及其演进规律，本文通过建立无 限阶段博弈模型，对比研究了长期合同模式和合资经营模式下的奶业利益分配机制．研究表明：长 期合同模式下的利益分配机制更有利于乳品加工企业，而原料奶生产者由于承担 自然与市场双重 风险，面临原料奶较强的专用性以及 自身小规模分散的组织状况，在利益分配中处于弱势地位．在 合资经营模式下，原料奶生产者与乳品加工企业可以成为利益的统一体，双方不仅有动力提高自己 的利润水平，也有动力提高合作方的利润水平．国际奶业产业的实践也说明。实现从长期合 同模式 向合资经营模式的转变，是 中国奶业产业链模式演进的方向． 关键词：奶业产业链 ；利益分配；博弈 中图分类号 ：F014．31 文献标志码 ：A 文章编号 ：1007～2683(2010)03—0122—06 ResearchontheBenefitSharingMechanismsofDairyIndustry BasedontheModeofIndustry Chain WANG Wei， LIUU-ping (SchoolofEconomics，HarbinUniversityofScienceandTechnology，Ha~in150040，China) Abstract：Inordertostudytherelationsbetweenorganizationalmodesofdairyindustry chainandthebenefit sharingmechanismsandtheprinciplesofitsevolvement，thisthesisusesinfinitestagesbargaininggamemodelto makeacomparativeanalysisofthebenefitssharingmechanismsinlongtermcontractmodeandjointventuremode． Theresearchfindsthatunderlongtermcontractmode，thebenefitsharingmechanism ismorefavorabletothedairy processingcompanies，whileraw milkproducers，whichfacesbothnatural risksandmraketrisks，highproducts specialtyofraw milkanditssmallproduction scale，areinaninferiorpositioninthebenefitsharingmechanism； underjointventuremode，rawmilkproducersanddairyprocessingcompaniescanform theunityofinterest．Both sideshavethemotivationstoimprovehteirownprofitlevels．Theinternationalpracticeofdairy industryshowsthat realizingthetransfomrsfromlongtemr contractmodetojointventuremodeisthedevelopmentdirectionofChinese dairy industry． Keywords：dairy industrychain；benefitsharing；gametheory
