南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 乙酰基柏木烯合成工艺研究 学 院： 化学工程学院 专 业： 精细化工 学 号： 0623213 学生姓名： 陆洲 指导教师： 朱凯 职 称： 教授 二O一O年 六 月 十 日  摘 要 乙酰基柏木烯，是一种重要的单体香料，它是柏木油的衍生产物之一，其香气强烈持久，在调香上具有很好的修饰、协调、定香作用。广泛应用于香皂、化妆品、香波等日化香精中，是一种很重要的合成香料。 乙酰基柏木烯是由柏木烯为原料，强酸为催化剂，进行乙酰化反应制得。本文主要研究了以多聚磷酸为催化剂的反应工艺，考察了催化剂，时间，温度，酰化剂对反应的影响，并通过正交试验得到最佳的反应条件：原料柏木烯加入10.2g；催化剂用量35g；醋酐用量30g；即反应温度为70℃；即反应时间为7h。在此条件下反应的柏木酮得率为60%以上，高于原先的工艺。 另外，由于乙酰基柏木烯香气的主要载体为IsomerG，是由罗汉柏木烯酸催化异构物OlefinB，经过酸催化产生。甲基柏木酮的品质的高低是由香气决定的，和IsomerG的含量紧密相关。提高IsomerG的得率将有助于提高甲基柏木酮的品质，所以本文也研究了柏木烯原料中罗汉柏烯的乙酰化反应。 关键词： 甲基柏木酮；柏木油；多聚磷酸；罗汉柏烯; Abstract Methyl cedryl ketone is an important monomer spices, it is one of the cedar oils derivative products.Cedar oil in China is the most economical and abundant resources of sesquiterpene. We used cedrenol as raw material, brnsted acid as catalyst, acetic anhydride as acylating agent, and through the acetylation to get methyl cedryl ketone.In this paper, we studied the reactions which had used polyphosphoric acid as catalyst, and by the way, the operation of experiment and various factors which affecting the reaction were studied.Finally,we get the best conditions of the reaction through orthogonal experiment. Since the purity of cedrenol has some impact on the reaction, we also studied a little about cedrenols purification. In addition, since the main carrier of methyl cedryl ketones aroma of is IsomerG, which is got from the following tow steps.First,the thujopsene was isomerizated to OlefinB,and which then through the acid catalyzed acetylation. Methyl cedryl ketones quality is determined by the aroma,and also closely related to the content of IsomerG. Increasing the yield of IsomerG will be helpful to improve the quality of methyl cedryl ketone. So, we also studied the acetylation of thujopsene in the raw material.
