摘 要 摘 要 经过二十多年的改革开放和经济建设 我国农业和农村经济发生了历史性的 巨大变化,进入了一个新的发展阶段 而加入世贸组织 又给这一新阶段增添了新 的内容和挑战 农产品市场的竞争 实质上是农产品质量的竞争 而产品质量在相当程度上 是由产品的标准决定的 从某种意义上说 没有标准就没有质量 没有质量就没 有市场 提高农业标准化的发展水平 已成为提高一个国家农产品竞争力的重要 措施 因此加快农业标准化进程 从而提高我国农业产品的国际竞争力 已成为 我国农业发展的当务之急 本文第一部分在全面分析农业标准化内涵的基础上 归纳了农业标准化的特 点 总结了我国农业标准化与农业经济发展的关系 提出了我国农业标准化工作 存在的主要问题 并提出了开展农业标准化工作的保证措施 第二部分通过分析 选择 建立了一套农业标准化评价指标体系 科学界定了各项评价指标的内涵 提出了运用农业标准化评价指标体系进行综合评价的方法体系 关键词 标准 农业标准化 农产品竞争力 评价指标体系 综合评价方法 I Abstract Abstract Through reform and opening up to the outside world and economic construction for more than 20 years , the historical enormous change has taken place in agriculture of our country and rural economy ,and our country and rural economy have entered one new developing stage. Joined WTO, has increased new content and challenge for this new stage again. The competition of the market for farm products is the competition of the quality of the agricultural product in fact, and product quality is determined by the standard of the products . In a sense, without standard , there will be no quality, and without quality, there will be no markets. To improve the development level of agriculture standardization has already become the important measure of improving the competitiveness of a national product market. So implement agricultural standardization, thus improve the international competitiveness of the agricultural products of our country, has already become the task of top priority of agricultural development of our country.
