论工程施工过程中的监理控制 姓 名 学习形式 类 别 本科 专 业 土木工程 班 级 土木2010 西安交通大学 摘 要 工程建设是百年大计,工程建设的质量直接关系到人身财产安全,重要工程的质量甚至对社会政治经济活动会产生巨大影响。监建设工程监理制度在我国建设领域推行以来在工程建设中发挥了重要作用取得了显著成绩。工程监理事业已引起全社会的广泛关注和重视赢得了各级政府领导的普遍认可和支持。目前我国工程监理的行业已形成了规模建立了工程监理制度和法规体系，培养了一批水平较高的监理人才，积累了丰富的工程监理经验。实践证明：在施工阶段实施工程监理制度能对工程施工做到全过程、全方位的进度控制质量监控和投资控制，从而有效的实现工程项目施工的全面保量保量安时的完成。监理工程师的工作是委托性、咨询性的,是代表业主进行工作,监理工程师在现场如何做好自己的工作,对提高工程质量起着越来越重要的作用。 本文通过对目前工程项目施工过程中监理工程师如何对工程的质量控制、投资控制、进度控制进行分析，结合施工合同管理、信息管理和组织协调，从而总结出一套施工阶段工程监理工作方法，为监理工程师更好更高效的开展工作提供动力。 关键词：工程监理；质量控制；投资控制；进度控制 ABSTRACT Construction is a long-term, quality engineering construction is directly related to the personal and property safety, engineering quality and even have a great influence on the activity of economy and society and political will. Engineering supervision system construction since the implementation of supervision in construction field of our country in the project play an important role in the construction of the achieved remarkable results. Engineering supervision industry has aroused widespread concern and attention from the whole society has won universal recognition and support of the government of all levels.
