Imaging Diagnosis of bone and joint System for Grade 2004  骨关、节系统的影像学诊断   Section one examination methods 第一节 检查方法 （一）general exam 普通检查： 1、fluoroscophy 透视：异物定位与手术取出，骨折与脱位的复位。 2、plain film 平片：main diagmostic method of bone and joint 骨关节的主要诊断手段。 attention 注意： （1）routine anteroposterior and lateral projections, sometimes oblique and pivotal projections. 常规正侧（斜）位，必要时轴位。 (2) To Include the soft tissues around bone and joint 包括周围软组织。 (3) To include a adjacent joint or border of cervical,thoracic and lumbar spine. 包括邻近一个关节或颈、胸、腰、骶段脊柱的分界。(4) bilateral contrast when it is necessary必要时摄两侧比较。 （二）special exam 特殊检查：1、tomography 体层摄影： 2、magnifying projection 放大摄影：看指骨，骨小梁等。3、soft X-ray projection 软X线摄影：（三）contrast exam 造影检查：1、joint contrast 关节造影：2 、angiography 血管造影：主要为动脉造影，鉴别良、恶性肿瘤；恶性肿瘤的栓塞、化疗等。 （四）CT exam ：  Knee ,hip膝关节，髋关节等。 Spine:disc protrude, tuberculosis, tumours, and trauma脊柱： 椎间盘脱出、结核、肿瘤、外伤等。 Spinal cord contrast CT: 脊髓造影CT扫描：腰穿注入10-15ml 非离子型造影剂到蛛网膜下腔后CT扫描。（五）MRI exam： 有运动伪影小、软组织分辨率高、可做MRA等优点。  第二节 Bone and Muscle System骨骼肌肉系统一、Normal X-ray findings正常X线表现（一）anatomy, physiology, development of bone骨的解剖、生理与发育1、shape of bone骨的形态：长管状骨、短管状骨、扁骨、异形骨。 2、骨组织的结构 3、construction of bone骨的结构（1）compact bone and spongy bone密质骨和松质骨：（2）periosteum and internal periosteum骨外膜和骨内膜：（3）medullary space骨髓腔：（4）blood supply of bone骨的血供：滋养A、骨骺A、干骺A、骨膜A。  4、physiology of bone骨的生理 （5）growth and development of bone骨的生长发育：A、ossification骨化：osteoblast by periosteum膜内成骨： osteoblast by cartilage软骨内成骨： B、growth and shape of bone 骨的生长和成型： the second ossification centre, 二次骨化中心. （二）anatomy and physiology of joint关节的解剖和生理 P12  study by yourself （三）normal X-ray anatomy of bone and joint in limbs四肢骨关节正常X线解剖 1、long bone长骨：（1） long bone of children小儿长骨： 1） diaphysis骨干：  2） metaphysis干骺端： 临时钙化带（先期钙化带） 3） epiphysis骺： 也称骨骺。出生时只有三对骨化中心。 4） epiphyseal plate 骺板（盘、线）：  5）adjacent soft tissues 周围软组织：  （2 ） long bo
