Learning affects the human resource development
Nowadays, the learning has become more and more important for human resource development. The learning is the core of the human resource development. And with the development of the high technology, the skilled employees are become a trend for the organizations. So it is important for many organizations to adapt to the changes. Some organizations begin to devote themselves to be learning organizations to make their employees to learning continuously. And then the trained employees will bring many benefits for their organizations in many aspects. Training is necessary for the new employees since they need to know the enterprise culture and they also should be loyal to the enterprises.
This essay will argue that the advantages and disadvantages the learning brings to the human resource development. One positive aspect is that learning can help the organizations to reduce the cost and the organizations can get more values from their employees. In addition, learning can make the new employees adapt to their jobs more quickly. What’s more, creating a learning organization can help the enterprise to enhance their core competitiveness greatly. And learning can make the employees be loyal to the enterprise and their performance can be improved. Although the human resource development benefits a lot from the learning, while the learning will also cause some risks such as the trainers do not pay attention to the employee training and they will provide single training for different employees rather than providing different training.
Learning is an important process for organizations to reduce the cost and it can create more values for the organizations.
