In recent years, China began to support the development of cultural industries in all aspects, as we continue to narrow the gap between the developed countries. This paper analyzes the development status and problems of Chinas cultural trade and the use of index Evaluation Method and Empirical Analysis of International Competitiveness of Chinese cultural trade, analysis of trade and cultural factors that affect the level of competitiveness with the SWOT analysis, the last three aspects gives the relevant policy recommendations.
