分类号 密级 专业硕士学位论文 学位类别：工商管理硕士 题目： 火力发电企业成本控制战略问题研究 英文并列题目： Study on Cost Control Strategy of Thermal Power Generation Enterprise 研究生： 姜伟松 专业名称： 工商管理 研究方向： 工商管理 导师①姓名： 傅贤治 职称： 教授 导师②姓名： 职称： 学位授予日期： 答辩委员会主席： 李晓钟摘 要 电力行业是国民经济和社会发展的基础能源行业和支柱产业，随着我国经济高速增长和电力体制改革的深化，电力工业得到了快速发展，投资主体也由原有单一的国有经济向多元化方向发展，各发电集团和独立发电企业的规模也在不断扩大。同时，外部市场环境的波动和不确定性给电力企业的经营发展带来了极大地挑战，不断提高企业的绩效成为电力企业面临的重要任务。但电力是一种高度同质化的产品，电力产品的上网电价和销售价格目前是由国家物价管理部门确定，因此，火力发电企业要想在竞争中取得优势，培养自己在行业内的相对竞争地位，必须加强成本控制，提升成本竞争力，建立成本领先作为企业战略目标的成本控制战略。 本文顺着“理论分析-行业研究-案例分析”的思路展开研究。首先，全面回顾了成本管理、成本战略理论及其发展，对竞争战略理论（特别是成本领先、信息战略、品牌战略等）、影响成本控制的因素、成本控制的制度方法、成本战略的制定和特点进行了详细阐述。 其次，本文基于PEST、行业分析法对火力发电面临的成本控制环境和行业重要经济特征进行分析，根据企业规模和供应链整合水平构建了火力发电企业战略群组，并对四大战略群组的基本特征和关键成本因素进行了阐述。进而以具有代表性的大唐集团和LG发电厂分别作为集团企业和独立发电企业的案例企业，对集团和独立发电企业的成本控制战略进行了深入探讨和分析比较。 最后，本文总结了集团企业和独立发电企业的成本控制战略，提出了今后发电企业的发展方向和战略群组的移动路径。 对火力发电企业成本战略研究，目前大多围绕价值链、战略定位和成本动因等方面进行分析。本文建立了火力发电企业低成本战略的分析框架，给出了不同战略群组的成本控制战略，为火力发电企业成本战略的制定和实施提供了一些借鉴，具有一定的理论和现实意义。 关键词：成本战略；成本管理；电力企业；战略群 Abstract The power industry is the basis of the energy industries and pillar industries of the national economic and social development, as Chinas rapid economic growth and the deepening of the power system reform, the electric power industry has been rapid development of the main investment by the original single state-owned economy to diversify the direction development, and also expanding the scale of power generation groups and independent power producers.
