管理信息系统 综合练习报告 题目:电信代理商管理信息系统分析 班 级 姓 名 学 号 成 绩 2012年11月7日 摘 要 从历史上看,代理商是在20世纪80年代末、90年代初,随着寻呼业务的兴起而发展起来的。随着竞争格局的形成和运营形式的多样化,已经有越来越多的代理商加入通信行业中来。 代理商管理,直接与经济效益挂钩,下达经济完成指标和奋斗指标。所下指标要纵向、横向参照到位,前期与预期考虑周全,这样更有说服力;其次保持良性沟通,经营情况、销售业绩、管理水平、人品诚信等全方位真实了解。简述:把握其经济命脉尤为重要。现有CRM系统代理商管理模块为基础,实现新的业务模块和流程,整合各产品部/业务部对代理商管理的要求,形成统一的管理平台,实现管理流程“系统化”。之后实现了系统的子系统:前台业务表现、后台用户管理、代理商管理以及代理商酬金计算,最后对系统的核心模块代理商酬金计算做了重点描述。 关键字:电信代理管理系统,客户关系管理(CRM),悬赏公式 Telecommunication Agent Management System ABSTRACT Historically speaking, telecommunication agent is developed along with paging service starting in the late-1980s and the early-1990s. By the competition pattern formation and operation form diversification, there are more and more business agents to join in the correspondence industry. At present, almost each big telecommunication operator has its own business agents, they are responsible front the market to put the number, to receive the phone bill, and to sell each kind of value-added service and so on. Business agents function is very important: on one hand, it has developed the telecommunication profession, according to statistics, the increases mobile phone users are mainly expanded by business agent. On the other hand, the telecommunication operator has reduced the selling costs. This article is base on the current business agent management module of CRM system, establishes the new service module and the flow, conforms various product divisions/banking departments to business agent management requests, and forms the unified management platform, realizes the management flow systematization. After that, this article also realized the systems four sub-systems: service performance onstage, user management backstage, business agent management and reward calculates.
