Keywords: conveyer；basic characteristic；obstacle 1.带式输送机故障带式输送机故障是与磨损、腐蚀、疲劳、老化等机理分不开的，根据机械故障形成的一般过程，带式输送机故障主要有以下一些特性：（l）潜在性带式输送机在使用中会出现各种损伤，损伤引起零部件结构参数发生变化，当损伤发展到使零部件结构参数超出允许值时，带式输送机即出现潜在故障。从潜在故障发展到功能故障一般具有较长的一段时间，因为通过润滑、清洁、紧固、调整等手段，可以消除或减缓损伤的发展，使潜
