Since 1980s, large-scale development of laying hens breeding has been achieved in our country. 2012, the total amount of about 2.5 billion layers is total egg production of 30 million tons, accounting for about 40% of the worlds total egg production. It has 25 years in a row rank first in the world. Recent years, XiShui county of laying hens breeding have achieved rapid development, which become one of the major industry of employment and increasing incomes. This article selects representative farmers in XiShui County, through interviews, to understand the basic situation of the farmers and get the cost and income data. Then we will analysis the key factors influencing the cost and income. On this basis, we will analysis the risk which farmers faced in the process of farming. This paper will further talk about preventive measures, for providing several Suggestions to avoid risk and increase incomes, aimed at make XiShui county laying hens breeding better development, take the path of sustainable development. Keywords: Xishui County, Medium, Layer chicken farming, Costs and benefits,The key factors 1 问题的提出 1.1 研究背景 中国是世界上蛋鸡饲养量和产蛋量最大的国家，随着科学养殖技术的发展，为进一步提高养殖效益，我国传统养殖结构调整势在必行，技术水平亟待提高。目前，随着我国中小规模化的蛋鸡养殖户数量的激增，给我国养殖业带来了活力，但是随着养殖业不断的发展的同时，其问题很快突现出来。浠水县作为湖北省的养殖大县，近年来蛋鸡养殖业不断发展，促进了农民就业和农民增收。但是浠水县的蛋鸡养殖养殖规模小，资金匮乏，信息透明度低，养殖户的观念差，技术、环保等问题突出，加之浠水县的养殖户大多数是农民，
