Most of Chinese water resources is the surface water and water quality constituents are complex. These factors, on the domestic water, especially in rural drinking water, pose a great threat to security. To ensure the safety of drinking water, to achieve the urbanization of rural water supply, urban and rural water supply integration , we need to build more water plant. Now in china available land resources is very scarce. So how to conservation land in construction drinking water project is an important issue. For the problem, under the guidance of the goal that is not only to provide safe drinking water for people, but also economical use of land, we propose the concept of modular water purification system. Now in China water purification system with low degree of automation, covers an larger area and low efficiency of water treatment. Thus to find out an efficient water treatment process, designed compact device structure, increase automation degree of the equipment are the problems needed to resolve at this stage. Modularization of water purification device is an automated, standardized equipment integrate mixing, flocculation, sedimentation, sewage, recoil, watershed filtration and other water treatment processes in some single unit of the water purification modules, under the control of Modular control technology to complete the purification of raw wate in single unit of the water purification module.
