基于大数据环境下的网上交易买家卖家信誉研究
摘要
随着网络的普及,互联网电子商务的不断发展,开放和共享的特点使得网络为人们的平常生活带来了高度的方便。在电子信息技术飞速发展的当今社会,电子商务作为新型的交易模式必将成为21世纪信息技术的核心,有着光明的商业发展前景。但是,基于电子商务网络交易的特殊模式,人们对电子商务的真实性产生了怀疑。电子商务环境下的信任度问题给电子商务的进一步发展带来了阻碍,因此,网上交易买家卖家的信誉变的极其重要。本文就针对当今电子商务环境下的信誉结合自身体会、经历进行研究,并且在大数据环境下进行分析、统计买家卖家信誉的大致情况,找出影响信誉的因素以及现阶段网上信誉评价机制存在的问题,并且提出提高信誉的措施,给出如何更好地提升信誉的建议和意见,供将要从事电子商务行业的人参考。

Abstract
Along with the network popularization ,as well as the development of Internet and e-commerce, the characteristics of open and Shared of the network brings highly convenient for peoples everyday life. In the electronic information technology rapid development of todays society, as a new type of trading mode ,electronic commerce will become the core of information technology of the 21st century and has a bright prospect in business development. However, electronic commerce which is based on the special mode of network trading , the authenticity of electronic commerce has been doubted. Trust problem under the e-commerce environment has brought obstacles for the further development of e-commerce. Therefore, the reputation and credibility of online transactions for sellers and buyers have become extremely important. In this paper aimed at the current reputation and credit under electronic commerce environment, it combine with our own experience and experience we’ve studied , meanwhile analysis it under the environment of big data and make a statistics of a general idea of the statistics for buyers credit ,then find out the factors, which affect the credibility and the current problems of online reputation evaluation mechanism. And finally , it puts forward opinions ,advice and measures on how to improve the reputation and credibility better. For reference will be engaged in e-commerce industry.
