Conclusion The mammary glands discovers breast cancer contain important function to the earlier period from the check, breast from check and find to know to need with technique to raise, open an exhibition actively to educate healthily, strengthen the consciousness of the females anti-cancer, lower an outbreak rate. 【Key words】 Mammary glands from check; Mammary glands cancer; Function 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，二十多年来其发病率在全球范围内呈逐渐增高并年轻化发展的趋势。乳腺癌患者的预后直接取决于开始治疗时所处的病变阶段，在临床工作中我们常常看到，许多患者发现乳腺肿块到医院检查时已是乳腺癌中晚期，因此，早期发现、早期治疗和积极康复是提高患者生存质量，减少乳腺癌病死率的重要环节。据统计，如果乳腺癌能早发现、早治疗，5年存活率可达90%以上，而中晚期的患者仅占50%左右[1]。乳腺自检是一种简便无损且有效的普查方法，便于妇女掌握和采用，定期的乳腺自检有助于提高乳腺癌早期发现率[2]。本研究以开封市龙亭区曾患有乳腺癌的患者为研究对象，通过问卷调查，了解乳腺自检教育的效果，现将调查情况分析如下： 1 临床资料资料与方法 1.1 研究对象的选择 研究对象为开封市龙亭区有长住户口并与1998-2006年期间经临床病理确诊的50名乳腺癌患者， 2006年1月—5月用自行设计的问卷进行资料收集进行回顾性调查，共发放问卷50份，收回50份，回收率100%，调查内容主要针对不同年龄、职业、文化程度的患者乳腺自检情况，其中包括患者是否有乳腺自检意识、是否经常做自检、是否通过自检发现乳腺癌，以此来进一步了解乳腺自检对早期发现乳腺癌的作用。 1.2 一般资料 共调查5
