博 雅 学 院 学 年 论 文 题目：关于贸易保护措施对我国光伏产业的影响的调查报告 专 业 国际经济与贸易 学生姓名 唐明霞 班 级 BM国贸111 学 号 1151409103 指导教师 王成林 夏丽萍 　 　 完成时间 二零一三年七月六日 关于贸易保护措施对我国光伏产业的影响的调查报告 摘 要：我国光伏产业出现了产能过剩，发展缓慢，中小型光伏企业纷纷破产等现象，这些现象除了是由于我国光伏产业缺乏核心技术，出口依赖性强，盲目扩张等内在原因外，其主要原因是由于近几年，全球经济在金融危机和欧洲主权债务危机的影响下，陷入了低迷，贸易保护主义有所抬头，欧美陆续对华的光伏企业实施了“双反”政策，既指开征反补贴税和反倾销税。这两项措施的实质是增加我国光伏产业进入欧美市场的成本，从而失去竞争力和消费市场。本文通过对我国光伏企业现状分析，比对我国光伏产业在遭受到欧美“双反”政策前后光伏出口量的变化，分析出欧美贸易保护主义对我光伏产业的影响。. 关键词： 反倾销；贸易保护主义；光伏产业；技术水平低 Investigation Report about the trade protection measures to our country the influence of the photovoltaic industry Abstract：Recently photovoltaic industry appeared the phenomenon of overcapacity slow development and small and medium-sized enterprises went bankrupt. In addition to these phenomenon is due to the internal causes. Such as lack of core technology of photovoltaic industry in our country, strong export dependence , blind expansion ,etc. The main reason is due to the recent years, the global economy fell into the downturn during the financial crisis and under the influence of European sovereign debt crisis ,and the trade protectionism is rising . Europe and the Unite States have with China of photovoltaic enterprise implementation of the “double reserve” policy. Refers to both anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties. The essence of these two measures is increase the cost of photovoltaic industry in China into the European and American markets, thus we may losing competitiveness consumer market. The article through the analysis about the present situation of our photovoltaic enterprise. Than in photovoltaic industry in China suffered photovoltaic exports Europe and the United States policy of double inverse before and after the change.
