目 录摘 要 1 前 言 3 1、 沥青混凝土摊铺机的概述 4 1.1 摊铺机副变速箱设计 作者：王波 指导老师：张博 论文类型：机械设计 摘要LT6B型沥青混凝土摊铺机是敷设沥青混合料的专用路面机械，它的副变速箱内部传动机构是空间组合式。 在设计中合理布置齿轮和轴的分布，以及整个变速箱的匹配性。副变速箱工作时达到换档的准确性以及动力分配的流畅性。在设计过程中不仅把摊铺机的工作原理和结构搞清楚，更重要的是根据摊铺机传动系统给予的速度值，选定副变速箱的合理传动比；还根据结构和必要的强度计算，协调各参数使之最优化。设计过程中要考虑发动机的转矩，确定传动轴的中心距、齿轮模数、齿数、齿轮宽度、选配齿数；并修正中心距，选择合适的轴承，校核其寿命，使之达到设计和性能的要求，最终满足生产实践。工作时的两种速度是通过滑移齿轮来实现的，可以满足各种工作要求。后轮差速是由差速器实现的，并且还满足了手动自锁功能，设计时考虑到了其寿命以及能够达到的传动效果。本差速器操纵系统灵活，简单，易于实现，可以有效的防止机器在坏路面的打滑。此外副变速箱在设计时还有效解决了和其他链传动系统的配合，使整个摊铺机达到了最好的传动效果。 关 键 词： DESIGN OF PAVER SUPPLEMENTARY GEAR-BOX ABSTRACT The design comes from practice. The LT6B paver is a special road surface machine which is used for laying the asphalt concrete, and its supplementary gear-box of internal transfer mechanism is combination in space. When designing we consider the distribution of gear and shaft and the compatibility of whole gear-box . In addition, we should consider the accruacy of shifting gears and the homogeneity of power distribution when the supplementary gear-box working. We should not only understand the aperation principle and the structure absolutely, but also select the reasonable ratio of transmission. To coordinate the various parameters to achieve the best optimal it must be based the structure and the necessary strength. In the process of designing, we should consider the engine torque to confirm the center distance, select the suitable bearing, and check the life-span. So it can be used for practice. The two speeds are realized by shifting slide gear. In order to meet the job requirements, the differential mechanism is realized by manual. In addition, it should have the funtion to meet the self-lock. When designing we need consider the life-span to reach the job requirements. The motivator of the differential mechanism is nimble、uncomplicated、easy to realize. It can prevent the machine from skiding. During the design of supplementary gear-box, we also consider the coorpation with other chain drive so that the e
