浅析我国外贸企业存在的问题与解决策略 摘要 我国专业外贸企业在国民经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用。由于全球经济一体化及中国即将加入WTO等因素的影响，国内外贸企业既面临着许多来自国内外市场及企业自身体制方面的困难和压力又面临着前所未有的机遇。目前世界贸易的现状及发展趋势比较好，自从中国加入WTO后，外贸企业面临的机遇与挑战相对增加，需要探索一些振兴外贸企业的应对措施。例如，可以调整企业结构、构建竞争优势;积极开展电子商务;完善外贸代理制等等。希望这些措施能为外贸企业的转变、生存和发展提供有效、可行的决策依据，为外贸企业的腾飞尽一点微薄之力。 但如何加强我国外贸企业的发展，使得在竞争激烈的市场能有自己的位置，竞争力得到提高，是我们需要讨论研究的问题之一。本文讨论了我国外贸企业的经营环境，然后表述了先阶段我国外贸企业发展存在的一些问题，最后针对这些问题提出一些适合我国外贸企业发展的可操作性的对策建议。 关键词：外贸企业，问题，对策  ABSTRACT Professional foreign trade enterprises in China plays an important role in national economic development.
