METHODS female kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 animals in each group, except the control group injected with normal saline, others were injected with cyclophosphamide(CP, 28mg/kg) daily for successive 5 days. Detected the level of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) by radioimmunoassay, all mice were compared the weight of organs, such as uterus, ovarian, spleen, and thymus, observed for the form of uterus and ovarian. RESULTS Sea cucumber ovum could increase the weight of organs, such as uterus, ovarian, and thymus gland of mice obviously（P0.05, P0.01）, significantly improved the level of E2 and P（P0.05, P0.01）increased the thickness of endometrial (P0.01）, improved the form of ovarian obviously. C Sea cucumber ovum could increased the thickness of endometrial, prevent the premature ovarian failure(POF), promote and protect the reproductive system of female mice.
