2- 修复流程 2.1 清洗,检验和定期检修 General maintenance instructions维修简介 设备维修作业应符合本手册所列指示 Equipment maintenance operations shall be carried out in compliance with the instructions set out in this manual. 加强对设备操作的专业知识可以更好防止故障和事故的发生，减少成本，从而提高效率和生产力。A comprehensive knowledge of equipment construction and operation will provide better prevention against malfunctions and accidents and a longer life of equipment and will reduce maintenance work and costs, thereby improving efficiency and productivity. 操作说明本手册注重基本方面。在设备全部掌握将被收购的一步一步的基础上在整个操作和维修业务。Operations described in this manual focus only on essential aspects. Full mastery of equipment in the relevant domain will be acquired on a step-by-step basis throughout the operating and maintenance operations. Only the maintenance operations related to the equipment supplied by mechanical engineering constructor are dealt with in this manual. General maintenance conditions a) Storage and arrangement of equipment Mobile equipment (skips, tools …) shall be kept stored at locations provided for this purpose and shall be clearly identified. After removal/disassembly of the components the tools used by maintenance personnel must not be stored in production areas. b) Cleanliness All the products required for operation and maintenance (banding strip, wood, rags, papers) shall not be left behind. Complete cleaning shall be carried out at the end of each operation. Some items of equipment are more likely to be exposed to dirt accumulation and need to be cleaned at each maintenance operation using adequate means (air, water, detergents, rags, brushes). Any leaks
