摘要
绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的核心, 是企业赢得竞争优势的重要措施更是企业管理系统部分。绩效管理的目的是要不断企业的以企业的核心竞争力。,探讨LT信息技术公司在绩效管理中存在的一系列问题以及改进建议并且在激烈的企业竞争环境中采取的绩效管理策略。随着全球化市场竞争的加剧,企业间的竞争也日趋激烈,企业的经营理念和管理理念也受到挑战并发生着变化。面对变化,企业必须更新管理观念,了解企业自身的、,并制定新的员工绩效管理方案,才能在变化。LT信息技术公司从一开始的几个开发人员发展到现在100多人的小型公司。在激烈的市场竞争中,已经有了相对稳定客户群。随着公司规模的日益扩大,人员成本的提高,公司需要及时完善员工绩效管理策略,使得公司的绩效管理水平提高到一个新的高度。
本文深入的分析LT信息技术公司在员工绩效管理中面临的一系列问题,找出LT信息技术公司绩效制度主要问题,激励理论分析和SWOT分析法,针对这些问题提出相应的建议和措施,为LT信息技术公司制定适合的绩效管理策略。
