核干细胞因子的研究进展 [摘要] 干细胞和肿瘤细胞相似的自我更新机制意味着它们有一个共同的调节机制。核干细胞因子优先表达在胚胎干细胞和多数肿瘤细胞的细胞核中，它扮演着维持干细胞和肿瘤细胞自我更新和增殖的角色。因而对核干细胞因子的结构、功能和作用机制的研究，可以进一步阐明调控干细胞和肿瘤细胞自我更新的分子机制，也为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供一个新的思路和方法。 [关键词] 核干细胞因子；干细胞；肿瘤细胞 Advances in the Research on nucleostemin SUN Yonggang, FANG Dianchun Department of Gastroenterology, Southwest Hospital, The Third Military Medical University, Chongqing 400038, China [Abstract] The unique property of stem cells and tumor cells to self-renew suggests specific mechanisms that regulate their cell-cycle progression. Nucleostemin (NS) is expressed preferentially in the nucleoli of
