安徽工业大学商学院 学年论文 我国中小企业海外投资的现状及对策 姓名 朱文杰 学号 119114033 专业 国际经济与贸易 班级 贸111 指导老师 徐浩越 2014年6月19号 摘要 近年来，随着经济全球化进程的进一步加快，我国的对外投资进入了飞速发展阶段。中小企业在我国国民经济中占有重要的比重，在经济全球化的今天，虽然中小企业对外投资应迅速发展，但长期以来，大型跨国公司始终是我国对外投资关注的焦点。其海外投资的发展状况直接关系到我国经济在世界经济中的地位。同时，海外投资可分为海外直接投资和海外间接投资，在海外投资中，海外直接投资占主导位置。 本文主要论述海外直接投资这一方面，主要涉及我国中小企业海外投资现状及其对策。首先简单介绍我国中小企业海外投资的自身特点和相对优势，中国中小企业给中国经济带来的贡献这里不做具体说明了，本文主要具体分析中小企业在海外投资的不足和对策。 关键词：中小企业；投资现状；投资特点；投资优势；对策分析  ABSTRACT In recent years, with further speed up the process of economic globalization, Chinas foreign investment has entered the phase of rapid development. Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, occupies an important proportion in national economy, in the economic globalization today, although the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises foreign investment should be, but for a long time, large multinational companies is always the focus of foreign investment in China. The development of overseas investment is directly related to Chinas economic status in the world economy. At the same time, overseas investment can be classified into foreign direct investment and indirect investment overseas, in overseas investment, foreign direct investment dominant position. This article mainly discusses overseas direct investment on the one hand, this mainly relates to the present situation and countermeasures of small and medium-sized enterprises overseas investment in China.
